Welcome to NeuroCare Pediatric Speech
Where Every Child’s Voice Matters
At NeuroCare Speech, we believe that communication is a superpower, and every child deserves the confidence to share their thoughts, ideas, and imagination with the world. Founded by Samuel Farrand, M.S., CCC-SLP, a nationally recognized Speech-Language Pathologist, our practice offers compassionate, evidence-based therapy for children with a wide range of speech and language needs — including stuttering, fluency disorders, articulation challenges, and more.
Samuel is a graduate of Salus University and brings years of hands-on experience working with children in K–12 educational setting. Today, he also serves in the academic and research community, focusing on the latest advancements in stuttering intervention. His clinical philosophy is rooted in the C.A.R.E. model — a person-centered, affirming, and responsive approach tailored to each child’s unique journey.
What makes Sam’s therapy style truly one-of-a-kind is his integration of improvisational comedy techniques, helping kids unlock their voice through creativity, play, and joyful expression. He also directs an award-winning national stuttering camp that celebrates communication in all its forms, empowering children to lead with confidence and connection.
Whether you're seeking support for stuttering, fluency, articulation, or expressive/receptive language, we’re here to help your child grow — one confident word at a time.
